Agreement to Terms

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree to these Terms do not use the Services.

It’s important that you review the Terms whenever we modify them because if you continue to use the Services after we have posted modified Terms on the Site, you are indicating to us that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms. If you don’t agree to be bound by the modified Terms, then you may not use the Services anymore. Because our Services are evolving over time we may change or discontinue all or any part of the Services, at any time and without notice, at our sole discretion.

We provide you with access to certain Services free of charge such as joining an experience remotely, but to enjoy the full benefits of our Services, which include to join or Host an experience or sync music or videos with an unlimited number of Friends (“VIP Services”), you must purchase subscription-based access to these VIP Services (“Paid Subscription”).The Services that are free of charge and do not require a Paid Subscription are referred to as the “Free Service” Please note, the desktop app version is free of charge and may include limited features.

If you purchase a Paid Subscription or sign-up for a trial of our weekly Paid Subscription, then the following terms apply:

• Paid Subscription: You will get access to all of the VIP Services after payment of either a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription. If you sign-up for a trial of our 3 days Paid Subscription without payment, you will get access to all of our VIP Services for 3 days period (“Trial”). Paid Subscription fees will be displayed to you at the time of purchase.
• Payment: You acknowledge and agree that all payments for the Paid Subscription will be directly processed and handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store (collectively, the “App Store Provider”) from which you originally downloaded the App. By purchasing the mobile app from the App Store Provider, you agree to be bound by the App Store Provider’s terms and conditions. If you have any payment related issues with the Paid Subscription, you will need to contact the App Store Provider directly.

All refunds of your Paid Subscription will be directly processed and handled by the App Store Provider ) from which you originally downloaded the App.

• Changes to the Price: We may occasionally change the price of our Paid Subscription, and will communicate any increase in price to you. Subject to applicable law, any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. You will accept the new price by continuing to use the Paid Subscription after the price change takes effect. If you disagree with the price change, you will be able to reject the price by unsubscribing from the Paid Subscription before the price change takes effect.
• Auto-Renewal: If you have signed-up for a Paid Subscription, you agree that once your subscription period expires, your subscription will automatically renew for the same length of time as the preceding subscription period unless and until you cancel your subscription.

Most subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them.

If you cancel, you can keep using the subscription until the next billing date.

If you cancel during a trial period, you might lose access to content immediately.

Kartum Infotech does NOT store or host any of the 3rd party content.

You acknowledge and agree that Kartum Infotech is not responsible or liable in any manner for any Third Party Content and undertakes no responsibility to update or review any Third Party Content. Users use such Third Party Content contained therein at their own risk. This provision will survive the use of the Service.

The app is provided « As is », « as available », and « with all faults ».

Whilst Kartum Infotech uses reasonable to correct any errors or omissions in the app as soon as practicable once they have been brought to Kartum Infotech’s attention, Kartum Infotech makes no promises, guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever (express or implied).

Kartum Infotech does not warrant that your use of the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defect will be corrected, or that the App is or will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

Personal information will always be used for the purposes described above. The registration, if necessary, also enables the user to specify whether you want to be contacted by and how such contacts should occur. gives users all the tools they need to ensure that personal information is accurate and current.
